Wrong Serial Number?
Hi, I tried to register my tablet but keep getting the message wrong serial number, check again. I double checked and triple checked - 11869.
The Chassis serial number has not been set. I have seen this happen from the factory, but mostly it happen during system I/O bd replacement. Whoever replace the board.
I entered the right serial number but when I looked at the Audodesk Licensing Offline Activation request part, it shows a wrong number. It wiill not let me re-enter.
My laptop is tx2 cto-1000. After the installation of HP support Assitant, the software automstically downloaded something from HP server and installed it on.
When entering the serial number of your Native Instruments product in Service Center in order to activate it, you may encounter the following error message:
The serial number has been entered incorrectly or does not match product.
This means you are attempting to activate your product using a serial number corresponding to another product e.g. you are attempting to activate TRAKTOR PRO 2 with a serial number corresponding to the product TRAKTOR PRO or you have entered the serial number incorrectly. You can view your serial numbers and the products they belong to in your online account under Products, Serials Downloads.
If you still receive the error message even though the serial number has been entered correctly, please contact the Native Instruments Registration Support, making sure that you include the serial number in the request form. We will then verify the serial number and grant you a new one if necessary.

: The serial number which is used to register Registry Winner contains 120-130 numbers or characters. There shouldn t been spaces or enters between them. If you have problems to copy and paste the serial number, maybe your email-box made the serial number have spaces or enters automatically. In this situation, you should delete all the spaces or enters of the serial number manually.

As to how to copy and paste the serial number, you could follow these hints:
Use the keys ctrl c at the same time to copy it;
Use the keys ctrl v at the same time to paste the serial number on the Serial Number area of the software under the Register title.
In that case, you will finish pasting the correct serial number.

Immediately. When you finished the order and click the Complete Your Order button, you will receive your serial number.
Meantime,there are two ways to find your serial numbers.
1: Please log on to and input the e-mail address or receipt number when you purchased, you will find your serial number.
2: Login your email address, we have sent the serial number to your email box when you finished the order.
I did not Receive My Serial Mumber.
We are sorry to make you such a trouble. There are two reasons for not receiving the serial number:
When you click Order with Credit Card or Order with Paypal, you will be directed to ClickBank who sells our products. After completing your payment you should return to the Registry Winner website where you will receive your Serial Number. You should click the Complete Your Order link on the ClickBank page to explicitly return our site, however you probably have not press Complete Your Order, we had no idea of your order information and did not generate the serial number for you.
Because of some network errors, ClickBank received your money from your credit card, however it didn t notify us in time. Therefore, your order information didn t record on our program.
Please contact us, we will regenerate a serial number for you.
